Rachel Frost C.Occ. Psychol, AFBPsS, MAC
Rachel is a highly experienced business psychologist and qualified executive coach who is passionate about helping individuals to grow and reach their potential. She has worked in the field of occupational psychology for over 15 years, working at a senior level in a number of consultancy roles, including as a Principal Psychologist for the Cabinet Office.
Rachel now works closely with a range of public and private sector clients to devise and build cutting edge strategies and processes to meet their development and assessment needs. Her work focuses on the assessment and development to support inspirational leadership as a key agent for business delivery.
She coaches many individuals within Government as well as participants of high potential and leadership development programmes within major corporations. Her focus here is on the personal dimensions of integrity, self-awareness, authentic leadership, personal impact and emotional intelligence.
Her clients include the Department of Health, Cabinet Office, NHS Trusts, Haines Watts Accountants, National School for Government and the BBC.
She is also the Managing Director and Principal Psychologist of RFL a company she founded ten years ago.
Rachel is an Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society, and a member of the Association of Business Psychologists, Association of Coaching and the Centre for Applied Positive Psychology.
